- Arte nomada is located in Madrid. We currently operate online only. We don't have a physical store.
- You don't need to be already registered with us to make a purchase. We'll only ask for your information when we process your order. At this point, you can either create an account (and your details will be saved for future purchases) or make an instant order (for each subsequent order you will have to re-enter your details.)
- Add the products you want to your cart and you will see a summary of your order and the shipping costs in the shopping basket icon located at top right of the screen. Click "check out" and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
- You can pay with any debit or credit card through PayPal. Select the "Pay by card" option or click on the "Don't have a PayPal account?" button and proceed with your payment.
- You can also make payments directly through your own PayPal account.
- You dont need a PayPal account to pay, but if you have a PayPal account we do suggest you use it.
- Arte nomada uses PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- For purchases from USA all taxes will be discounted on the last step before payment. Depending on the amount and type of the items your order may be subject to taxes in USA customs.
- NATIONAL : The standard shipping cost is €3.50 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands except if specified due to an items weight or volume. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla also from €3.50.

- All shipments will be made from our warehouse in Madrid by registered mail or courier, depending on the destination, weight and volume of the product.
- You will receive your order within an estimated 3-7 working days after receipt of payment (Península and Balearic Islands).
- Please contact us if you require express courier shipping (this has an additional cost)
*Only mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands until December 31st 2023
- INTERNATIONAL : We ship to all countries within the European Union from €5 and the United States of America from €12 per order.
- For shipments to the European Union always by PRIORITY / RECOMANDÉ MAIL (online trace). Estimated delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days.
- PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU REQUIRE EXPRESS COURIER SHIPPING (this has an additional cost)
- For shipments to USA always by EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL MAIL (online trace) estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days. In most cases takes about 7 working days (depending on the state).
- Depending on the amount and type of the items your order may be subject to taxes in USA customs.

- We monitor the quality of all our shipments but we aren't perfect! Returns will be accepted. Arte Nomada will pay the return shipping costs if the item is defective or there was a mistake when processing the order in the store. In all other cases the return costs will be borne by the customer.
- We strive to take realistic, detailed photos of all items where you can see the quality and finish of each of our products. We also try to write as accurate a description as possible of each products features. Remember if you have any questions you can ask for details before buying.
- We accept returns as long as you inform us within 7 days from the date of receipt of item. The product must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging and labeling. We do not refund shipping costs except where noted above.
- The customer must return the goods to the adress provided by Arte nomada and prepay the shipping costs. Once inspected, the goods will proceed to refund. Arte nomada reserves the right to refuse such returns if the product is damaged or has been tampered with. No refunds will be given for used items or items not in the same condition as they where sent.
