The General Conditions expressly regulate the relations arising between ARTE NOMADA (hereinafter Arte-nomada.com) and a third party (hereinafter "Customer") that are logged in as users and / or purchase products through the store www.arte-nomada.com online website (hereinafter the "Store").
1. USER OBLIGATIONS
You undertake, in general, to use the Store to purchase the Products and use each of the services of the shop diligently, in accordance with the law, morals, order public and the provisions of these Terms and shall also refrain from use in any manner that would impede, damage or impair the normal functioning and enjoyment of the Shop by Users or that may harm or cause damage to property and rights of Arte Nomada, suppliers, users or in general any third party.
2. PRODUCTS AND RATES
Arte Nomada reserves the right to decide, at all times, the Products that are offered to users through the Shop. In particular, Arte Nomada may at any time add new products to those offered and included in the Store, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new products shall be governed by the provisions of these Terms. Also Arte Nomada reserves the right to discontinue providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without notice of any of the different types of products offered in the store.
Nevertheless, the colors and shades presented can vary depending on the monitor on which are displayed and do not represent a contract at the time of purchase. The photographs shown in the shop are purely indicative. In most cases, being handcrafted products produced manually will present singularities because theres no two identical products.
Arte-nomada.com is not responsible for errors made by the customer selecting certain size, height or combination of products as all information is available in the shop.
3. PRICES
Prices shown in Arte-nomada.com are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included. Arte-nomada.com reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed based on rates displayed at the time of the order is recorded. For sales price offers only apply during the indicated terms or while stocks of the product offered.
4. PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT
To make full payment of the articles of this contract, the customer may choose some of the following forms of payment:

5. SERVICE DELIVERY
Scope of delivery; The products offered on Arte-nomada.com are sent to Spain, the European Union and the United States of America.
All shipments will be made from Arte-nomada.com stores in Madrid by post or courier, depending on destination, weight and volume of the product.
- The estimated delivery time within Spain is 3 to 7 working days for Peninsula and Balearic Islands and 5-10 working days for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- For shipments to the European Union estimated delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days. Express delivery from €13.50 (1 to 4 days)
- For shipments to USA estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and the delivery area. Delivery times are calculated based on working days (Monday through Friday, except holidays) and start counting from receipt of payment Arte-nomada.com account.
The customer agrees to verify compliance of the order and the perfect condition of the goods at the time of receipt.
In case of complaint regarding possible product defects or if there had been a mistake when ordering in the store, the customer must notify the anomalies to the following email account: info@artenomada.es, within a period of three days from the delivery (reception). Will be answered with a receipt giving precise instructions on the process to follow. It is essential saving that receipt as proof.
No claims will be allowed after receipt of the goods by the customer if he has not followed the above procedure.
6. RETURNS
Returns will be accepted, With the costs of return by Arte-nomada.com only if the item is defective or there had been a mistake by Arte-nomada.com when preparing the order in the store . In all other cases the return costs are borne by the customer.
In accordance with Article 44 of the Law on retail, customer has 7 working days to notify the return of a product info@artenomada.es counted from the date of receipt of order. The product must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging and labeling.

Will be answered with a receipt giving precise instructions on the process to follow. It is essential save that this receipt as proof. Subsequently info@artenomada.es will contact the customer to indicate the steps for your return. You must return the product within a maximum period of seven days since Arte-nomada.com facilitates you the return procedure.
No refunds after the deadline mentioned above will be accepted.
The customer must return the goods to the address provided by Arte-nomada.com and pre-pay shipping. Once inspected the goods will proceed to refund. Arte-nomada.com reserves the right to refuse such returns if damage or tampering is appreciated. No refunds for used items or those that were not in the same condition they were sent are accepted.
The customer will receive the money from your return refund via PayPal or by transfer. The arrangements for refund are set by Arte-nomada.com.
If return the client does not have any penalty but will be responsible for transportation costs generated, except in the cases specified in the first paragraph of this section.

The answers marked with * in the registration form are mandatory. Not answering them prevents you from making the purchase of the selected products.
