- NATIONAL : The shipping cost is €5 per order to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands except if specified due to an items weight or volume. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla cost from €7 per order.

- All shipments will be made from our warehouse in Madrid by registered mail or courier, depending on the destination, weight and volume of the product.
- You will receive your order within an estimated 3-7 working days after receipt of payment (Península and Balearic Islands).

- INTERNATIONAL : We ship to all countries within the European Union from €8 and the United States of America from €12 per order.
- For shipments to the European Union estimated delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days. Express delivery from €13.50 (1 to 4 days)
- For shipments to USA estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days.

- We monitor the quality of all our shipments but we aren't perfect! Returns will be accepted. Arte Nomada will pay the return shipping costs if the item is defective or there was a mistake when processing the order in the store. In all other cases the return costs will be borne by the customer.
- We strive to take realistic, detailed photos of all items where you can see the quality and finish of each of our products. We also try to write as accurate a description as possible of each products features. Remember if you have any questions you can ask for details before buying.
- We accept returns as long as you inform us within 7 days from the date of receipt of item. The product must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging and labeling. We do not refund shipping costs except where noted above.
- The customer must return the goods to the adress provided by Arte nomada and prepay the shipping costs. Once inspected, the goods will proceed to refund. Arte nomada reserves the right to refuse such returns if the product is damaged or has been tampered with. No refunds will be given for used items or items not in the same condition as they where sent.
